Personal training is available for clients who want to build muscle tone, increase fitness levels, or achieve personal goals.
Josh Rindo has experience in working with clients from the disability sector. Sessions are 1 hour in length and are held onsite at our premises in Coomera.
Cooking is a necessary skill for everyday living and something which we believe our participants benefit greatly from. It works on building their life skills whilst simultaneously building friendships and communication in a social setting. Participants will learn to cook a range of basic, nutritious and delicious meals and techniques on stove tops under supervision. We provide individual and group lessons and also group meal prep sessions for those on a budget.
Online programs are available for NDIS participants. We are currently running Minecraft/Rodblox and individual cooking programs online.
Online support is available for people who wish to engage online or who are in regional areas.

D&D is a tabletop role playing game that employs critical thinking, creative problem solving and basic arithmetic. Spectrum Roll's focus centers on impulse control, behavioural management and personal accountability. The program is open to all genders and teens from all walks of life. We tend to group clients with similar interests into groups we believe that will form healthy friendships
Come along for a free trial. We have structured our program to help reach personal goals and lots of variety of activities. There is a basketball court, mini gym, and soccer field close by. We promise lots of breaks, cold drinks and at half time some air conditioned luxury. Coomera - 10am to 12pm every Saturday.

Structured craft group for engaging in creativity and exercising fine motor skills. This group facilitates social communication in a supported environment while allowing participants to spend time with peers and have lots of fun together.
GCDAY works in conjunction with Sword Fighter Gold Coast to teach our participants the art of Historical Fencing a form of European martial arts. The program provides our participants with a safe and challenging environment to connect with other young adults. Our participants assist each other and enjoy being part of a fun, physical program where they can develop their fitness and social skills.
Our school holiday program will be running this Christmas holidays! Every Tuesday and Friday 10am-3pm at GCDAY house. The program will be based on the interest of our participants. Activities available include: movie club, exercise, model painting, Nintendo switch and much more
